Wood and glass: naturally artificial.

This is something that I would never have thought off, after all, I’m not as daring as Tokujin Yoshioka. Some consider wood to be just not suitable for their modern city apartments, and immediately associate it with country furniture. I must confess myself guilty of that.

If you asked me, the only wood that I can seem to tolerate is dark, and if absolutely black, the better. However, I must admit that wood brings back a glimpse of nature into our lives –nature that has been chopped, ironically.

If you are really into wood but don’t have the budget for a Tokujin Yoshioka piece nor share the Japanese’s master taste, here are some other options:
